Swagbucks for a Cause

 

I just won 2 more swagbucks through doing a search....it is pretty easy!

 

What is Swagbucks? It is a search engine powered by Google and Ask where you randomly earn Swagbucks, which can be redeemed for prizes such as Amazon gift cards, etc. It’s like being paid to search the web. I started Swagbucks in January and have yet to download the searchbar feature because I share this home computer with my husband and the search engine looks a little different then what we are used to.  I simply look each item up by going to Swagbucks and I have already earned over 40 Swagbucks.  You can see the progress on the sidebar.

Please know that Swagbucks does have a referral program and by going through my link you will be referred by me.  I will be using up my Swagbucks at the end of the year and turning them into giftcards to go to my M.O.M - Mami On a McMission program.  The site is being constructed and it should be unveiled this month.  My goal for this year is to donate a "Welcome Wagon" to the Ronald McDonald House in Fort Lauderdale in honor of my daughter's "donor angel" who donated a liver and gave her life.  The "Welcome Wagon" will provide a new toy to each child and sibling on the day they enter the Ronald McDonald House.  

 

The second part to this program will be Lisa's Love.  Lisa is a dear friend and our angel as well.  We met while I lived at the Ronald McDonald House in New Jersey...she worked there.  We became good friends and her generous spirit helped me in many ways.  My daughter spent her 1st Birthday at the Ronald McDonald House and unwrapped a present in her room because Lisa arranged it.  Lisa's Love will give a Birthday Bag filled with the essential's for a parent to decorate a hospital room or their Ronald McDonald room on their child's birthday.

This is a picture of Lisa at the Ronald McDonald House in New Jersey sharing her love with my daughter, Savvy. I am sorry it is turned on its side...I have to figure out how to fix this problem.  To my hearts great sadness Lisa passed away unexpectedly not long after this picture was taken but her memory and the Love she shared will continue to live on.
