Catalina Coupons!

I have to admit I am primarily a Publix customer.  I have been couponing since the beginning of the year and they won me over with their BOGO coupon policy.  Now, we went to Winn Dixie this week to purchase some meat and I realized that Winn Dixie prints Catalina coupons!!  I have heard so much about these coupons and Kroger but had no idea Winn Dixie participated.  I was always bummed since I don't have a local Kroger. So, I am doing the coupon happy dance!!!  Now, I must start a new obsession and begin to follow these Catalina deals!!  Now, my understanding is that if your store has a Catalina machine the deals will be good...it does not have to be a Winn Dixie.
