If you want to escape into laughter then I recommend that you pick up "Chivalry Ain't Dead" by
Keith Knight. The comic strips are funny and modern and address so many various topics. I happen to be a fan of the Sunday comics...I usually go straight for the coupons and the comics. If you are like me...then this is for you. My husband does not normally read the comics...not sure if it is because I steal them right away on Sunday morning while he is brewing coffee or because he is not into them..in this case - I shared the book and he likes it too. It is not filled with your typical comic strips I can tell you that!
This is not one of the books though that you are going to read once and then store it away. I think you will grab it read it and leave it on the nightstand or loan it to a friend and then re-read it when you get it back.
