What started off as a hot and yet beautiful day has turned into a {HUGE} down pour. The power has blinked on and off and all I can think of is how awesome this is....my little girl is finger painting next to me and we are about to bake some cupcakes (a surprise for her...we are due for a princess party!)
She is growing up so fast...and she is teaching me. I used to be scared of thunderstorms especially ones like this....Savvy....she just asked me if she could go play in the rain with her fingerpaints....she reminds me daily to appreciate the simple things for most of the times...those are the most precious things.
I am off to bake cupcakes and if the thunder goes away....to go play in the rain with my little Picasso.
