We have a Tropical Storm heading towards us so I may have spotty internet access. I hear the thunder and it sounds like it is going to be intense...this is part of the course in South Florida. Ironically, our internet is usually affected after the storm passes....
Talking about the weather...Savvy just told me she wanted me to make her a Snowman. I told her we lived in Florida and don't get Snow but she insisted so I made what I thought was a pretty darn good snowman with the materials I had on hand....I showed her my snowman with pride and she looked at me and said,"No, Mami. A snowman is made with snow".

That's part of the FUN in South Florida! We just braved the rain to get to my daughter's Girl Scouts meeting {which, by the way, HAD been confirmed} to find a sign on the door saying it was canceled. So we made our way home like only a couple of drowned rats can! :)
Oh Jenn...hope the rest of the night keeps you warm and {Dry}...I still just have thunder...but I did get a call from {my} mom tell me to buckle down...once a Mami...always a Mami :)
