The reason my hubby was hesitant about this product okay...dragging his feet in using it is because he really does not like coconut and well...Coconut oil was not on his "wants" but I was so very curious because I had read a lot about it from other bloggers.
I have to tell you that we have enjoyed cooking with the Tropical Traditions Virgin Coconut Oil and although the flavoring is different then vegetable oil it does not overwhelm you with a coconut flavor. We have used the oil with fish and chicken and have liked both. You can find some recipes to try for yourself HERE.
